SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide from Europe. Here are our estimated delivery times once your package is shipped:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- Germany: 3 to 6 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days

TRACKING
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Your tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is dispatched.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
