TERMS OF SERVICE (CONDITIONS OF SALE)

1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Cardsproxy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cardsproxy. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. CUSTOM & PROXY CARD DISCLAIMER
Our products are custom, fan-made proxy cards intended for casual play, proxy testing, and personal collection only. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any official trading card game companies (including but not limited to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, or Disney). All official brand names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Our cards are not legal for use in official sanctioned tournaments.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship worldwide from Europe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your country are 100% the responsibility of the customer.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled and refunded before they are processed and shipped ("fulfilled"). Because our products are custom-made or printed-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. If your cards arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
